I babysat for these two precious little girls the other day. Elizabeth (not pictured) had just woken up from her nap and did not want to play with the camera. Honestly, Kensley wasn't thrilled about it either. All I got were these few shots before she insisted that we go inside for a snack. Isn't she so cute, though!?

Sanders...again!

So I clearly can't get enough of this guy. I've been hanging out with Sanders quite a bit lately (babysitting) and he just needs to be in front of a camera. I mean he's too cute not to photograph every time I go over there. So here are just a few new shots of Sanders. I'm kind of working on which black and white sequence I like for editing. Enjoy!

Snow in the South

Everyone alert the church elders, it's snowing in the south!! I make fun of it so bad, but I definitely get excited when it snows. Living in Chicago (even for just a brief time) didn't make me sour to snow. I hated it there, but I love it here! I always managed to be walking to work in Chicago on the side of the street the snow plow hadn't cleaned yet (and since I was always late, I didn't have time to hang back and let him pass me) I love it in South Carolina. Maybe I'll make a snowman later! Here are some snow pictures of me and the Beans and Michael. Poor Beans's legs are too short to walk in snow, so he hops around. It's funny, but kind of sad because I think he's miserable doing it.

Baby Banks

Here are some new shots I took of Banks Mizell. He's such a precious little baby and I enjoyed photographing him. I don't know that he loved the camera as much as it liked him. Newborns are tricky and I think Banks just wanted to spend time wrapped up in a blanket with his mom yesterday so we did what we could. We will continue Monday in search for the perfect picture, but these aren't too shabby! Check it out!

Back in Action

Hey there! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with their family and friends. I know I did! It was very busy and very chaotic! I visited about 30 different places over the course of a week, but its all finally slowing down. I have gotten a new computer and set up an office space in my home, so I am ready to shoot your children! (Not literally, obviously...) I am taking a few pictures this week and some booked in the near future so hopefully the next time you visit, there will be more photographs to show off. Up next is my friend Julie's baby, James Banks. I haven't seen him since he was born, so today's session will be very special! Hopefully I'll get to see a lot more of him since they live right up the street, and I've offered my babysitting services :) Pics to be posted soon. Sorry for the holiday hiatus, but this blog is getting a little boring so I'll have some new stuff soon!
