Baby Carson

So I FINALLY got to shoot a newborn little girl. I have always photographed boys - beautiful, perfect, sweet baby boys - but was really looking forward to using my pink bows! Luckily, this little girl had just the head of hair for them. She also didn't mind sleeping through most of it so we got some really sweet pictures of her sleeping so peacefully outside.

Ashley and Jeffrey - Maternity shoot

I visited Clinton yesterday for a maternity shoot with my big sister from my sorority in college. Not only was it really good to see her and her husband, but good to catch up after so long! And now she's having a little baby boy, Davis, in August. So he can't technically join our Zeta family, but I get to treat him like a nephew and photograph him throughout his first year! Can't wait for baby Davis's arrival and Ashley, you look amazing!

Sanders

I obviously don't have to introduce Sanders to any of my regular blog followers. He's made quite a few appearances. We played at the park today and he eventually ended up having fun. I babysit him, so he associates me with his parents leaving shortly after I arrive. He wasn't totally happy to see me at first, but then we definitely had a good time :) The boy loves bubbles.

Dawson Blair

Dawson Blair came to Pictures in the Park yesterday and I enjoyed meeting her and her cute mom! I cannot get enough of these sweet little girls and their big bows. I miss my big bows. Mom, mail me some of my bows...and smock me a dress :) Too cute. This girl - and her little pink Mary Jane's - looking good!

Kara is graduating!

These pictures make me proud for a few reasons. #1. I have a very precious friend and former roomate. #2. She is graduating from college in a few weeks and is going to be a teacher! Way to go, Kara! This is a fun twist on senior portraits because she got to show us what she's going tobe when she 'grows up'. We had a good time playing school in the park. Here is a preview

Molly and Mary Madison Grover

First let me say, these pictures made me laugh so much when I was editing them!! These girls are like family to me! I had so much fun and was so excited to play with them on Sunday. We had a great time in the park and then went to get ice cream. We played dress up and had quite a few wardrobe changes (Mary Madison more than Molly because she stepped in a puddle of mud near the end, but at least it was the end and thank God for stain sticks) I put up my favorites but all 681 pictures we took that day are hilarious :)
